About me

I bridge worlds: design, engineering, product thinking, and AI that actually ships.

I started in marketing and ended up writing production code for a decade - JavaScript, TypeScript, Python and PHP, front and back. Years of that as a Senior WordPress lead; today the centre of gravity is product, AI and automation.

My default build is Payload CMS inside Next.js, React and TypeScript on top, FastAPI and Python underneath, PostgreSQL for data. The AI layer is the interesting part: RAG on Qdrant or pgvector, agents with function calling on Gemini, Claude and OpenAI, custom MCP servers, and voice agents that pick up a real phone line with Soniox and ElevenLabs.

Docker and Caddy on my own VPS rather than a managed platform. Self-hosting is a habit, not a hobby: client data stays on infrastructure I control.

Alongside my own products I keep a high-traffic WooCommerce platform running and modern, where I built the AI layer from scratch and now lead the move toward headless.

My approach is partnership, not outsourcing. I dig into the business first, then decide where technology earns its place. Partner, not vendor.
