The film
One move, from the first search to an enquiry waiting in the sales team’s CRM.
At a glance
For JCL Transport - a UK removals company moving families between Poland, the UK and Europe - I built Przeprowadzki Europa: a Polish platform with a page for every destination, an AI assistant that answers day and night, and every enquiry delivered straight to the sales CRM.
01 - The problem
Moving abroad starts with a very specific search.
People moving between Poland, the UK and the rest of Europe don’t search for “removals”. They search for “moving from Warsaw to London” or “furniture from Kraków to Germany” - usually in the evening, after work, with a dozen questions about price, timing and what can go in the van. A typical removals website answers with one generic page and a phone number that rings in another country, in office hours only.
JCL Transport already had a strong brand in the UK. What it needed was a separate Polish brand that meets these people exactly where they search: a page for each destination, clear information about the route, price and timing, and somebody who answers questions at any hour.
And on the company’s side, one rule: an enquiry must never sit in somebody’s inbox. It has to land in the sales CRM the moment it’s sent.
02 - The vision
Not a removals brochure. A page for every route and an answer for every question.
Three principles drove every decision:
- A page for every route. Instead of one services page, every destination country gets its own landing page with the route, a price guide, delivery times and a form - all built from one content model, so adding a country is a job for the panel, not for a developer.
- Answer before they ask twice. Eura, the AI assistant, answers questions about cost, timing and what can be moved - in the evening, at the weekend, in the visitor’s language. She learns from the company’s own countries, routes and articles, asks the questions a good freight forwarder would ask, and only when someone is ready collects the details for the team.
- No lead left in an inbox. Every form and every finished conversation goes straight into the sales CRM, in the right stage, with an email copy for the team - and every lead is measured in analytics, only after the visitor consents.
03 - Who it’s for
Built for people about to move their whole life - and the team that moves it.
Moving for work or love
Planning a move from Warsaw to London. Compares price, safety of the load and reviews - and wants a quick answer before booking anyone.
Coming home after years abroad
Returning from the Netherlands with furniture, appliances and maybe a car. Wants door-to-door service and cares more about quality than the lowest price.
Corporate relocation
The employer pays for the move. Needs a fast quote, an invoice for the company and professional communication from the first message.
The sales team
JCL’s team gets every enquiry in the CRM within seconds, with the route and details filled in, and edits countries, routes and SEO in the panel themselves.
04 - Technology & the challenge
Built to rank, to translate and to sell.
The platform is a fast, server-rendered website with its own content panel: countries, routes, blog posts, redirects and SEO fields are all edited there, and pages refresh themselves when the content changes. Translation is done by AI on demand and stored, so a visitor switching to German or Ukrainian gets the page in a moment - and everyone after them gets the same translation instantly. The assistant lives on the site itself and is allowed to do exactly one thing besides answering: send a complete enquiry to the team.
The challenge was making a small team feel present in eight languages, day and night, without hiring translators or adding support shifts - and keeping it trustworthy. Eura answers from the company’s own information, which updates itself whenever a country, a route or an article changes; analytics start only after consent; and the whole platform was moved to the client’s own hosting account, so JCL owns it end to end.
05 - The workflow
Search. Compare. Ask. Enquire.
A visitor searches for their route and lands on the page for exactly that country - with the route, a price guide and how long the move takes. At eleven at night they still have questions, so they ask Eura, in their own language. When they’re ready, one form (or the conversation itself) sends the enquiry; seconds later it sits in the sales CRM in the right stage and the team gets an email. The next morning the team calls back with everything they need already on screen.
06 - Feature highlights
Everything a visitor needs to say yes - in their language.
Each piece removes a reason to close the tab: no page for my route, no idea of the price, nobody to ask, a site in the wrong language.
+ A panel the team actually uses
Countries, routes, blog posts and redirects are managed in one place. Missing SEO descriptions fill themselves in from sensible defaults, and every entry has a button to preview the live page before publishing.
+ Measured from day one, with consent
Form leads, chat leads, chat starts, newsletter sign-ups and phone or email clicks are all tracked as separate events - and nothing is measured until the visitor agrees in the cookie banner.
07 - Results
Live since May - and still growing.
przeprowadzkieuropa.pl went live in May 2026, about six weeks after the first line of code, with the AI assistant already on board and every form connected to the CRM. It kept growing after launch: translations into seven more languages, a move to the client’s own hosting and a full set of analytics events.
