The film
From 23:47 to sunrise in one scroll - Good Morning Shot in about a minute.
At a glance
For Good Morning Shot - a 30 ml shot for the morning after a night out - I designed and built a product page where scrolling plays the night from 23:47 to sunrise around a 3D bottle, and the shop behind it, in Polish and English.
01 - The problem
A new product that has to explain itself in one evening.
Good Morning Shot is a new drink with a simple promise and a story that happens overnight: you take it before you sleep, and the morning is the point. A product page full of ingredient lists would not carry that. The brand needed a page people remember - and a shop right underneath it, so the decision to buy happens on the same page.
The brief: a page that feels like a premium launch, a real bottle on screen instead of a flat packshot, packs that make the per-bottle price obvious, a checkout that looks like the brand rather than a default shop, and an English version for buyers outside Poland.
02 - The vision
The page is the night. The shop is the morning.
Three principles drove every decision:
- Show many, choose one. Six complete concepts went up on a preview site - from a liquid lab to a print-style editorial and a sticker zine - and the client chose “Dawn”: night turning into morning. Its colours and typography were then explored in eight more variants before the final look was set.
- Scroll is the story. The page starts at 23:47. As you scroll, a clock in the corner runs through the night, the sky moves from deep violet to sunrise, and each stage explains what happens while you sleep - until 07:12, when the shop appears.
- The bottle is real, the shop is the brand. The bottle is built in code, with the label made from the client’s own print file, so it turns in light like an object. Below it, the shop keeps the same look all the way to the order confirmation.
03 - Who it’s for
Built for people planning a big night - and a brand launching its first product.
Curious first-timers
They arrive from social media on a phone. The page has to explain the product in the time it takes to scroll through it once.
Planners
They buy ahead for a wedding or a weekend away. Packs of 1, 4 and 12 show the price per bottle and the saving straight away.
Buyers abroad
An English version under /en/, with the checkout, validation and order emails in English too.
The brand team
Edits products and prices in the shop panel; the pack cards on the landing page update from them on their own.
04 - Technology & the challenge
A 3D landing page on top of a real shop - on simple shared hosting.
The landing page is hand-written, with the 3D bottle and the scroll-driven night running in the browser, and slower devices get lighter pre-rendered frames instead of live 3D. A scanned 3D model of the bottle was tried first, but its texture map could not carry a clean label, so the bottle was rebuilt in code and the label is wrapped from the client’s vector file.
Under the page sits a widely used shop platform with all its default styles switched off and its own cart drawer and checkout. The client’s hosting has no command line, so the whole shop - settings, products, delivery, legal texts - is created by a script, and moving it to the live server is a single migration package with checksums and a checklist. The English version comes from a dictionary file kept with the code and can be imported from the panel.
05 - The workflow
Six concepts. One night. A shop by morning.
It started with the product’s real ingredients and a first 3D bottle. Six concepts followed on a preview site with a picker, so the client could click through each one on her phone. After “Dawn” was chosen, colour and type variants were tested on the same picker, the final copy went in, and the shop was built under the landing page - cart, checkout, packs and legal pages - then reviewed at three screen widths. The English version and the migration package came last, and the shop went live in August 2026.
06 - Feature highlights
A clock that tells the story.
The corner clock is tied to the scroll: every stage of the night has its own hour and its own short explanation, so reading the page feels like living through one night, hour by hour.
+ Packs that sell themselves
The 1, 4 and 12 packs on the landing page are built from the shop’s products, so the price per bottle, the saving and the price per 100 ml are always calculated from the current prices.
+ A shop that can move house
The whole shop is recreated by a script and moved with one package, with checksums and a check of uploaded files - because the live hosting has no command line and every step there is done by hand.
07 - Results
Live in Polish and English since August 2026.
The landing page and the shop run on lifepower.com.pl: the night in one scroll, the 3D bottle, packs, the cart drawer and the checkout, in two languages.
